Permission for a single visit.

This form covers a solar or battery sales consultation. Review all terms before agreeing.

1. Permission for this visit only. I am at least 18 and an owner, lawful occupant, or person authorized to permit entry. I voluntarily allow only the representatives listed above to enter the property at the stated time, in the permitted areas, for a solar and/or battery sales consultation. I will remain present or designate another authorized adult to accompany them.

2. Limited consultation. The visit may include discussion and non-invasive visual observations from normally accessible areas. This form does not authorize installation, repairs, testing, electrical panel access, roof or ladder access, attic or crawlspace entry, moving belongings, or destructive inspection. Any additional access or work requires separate permission and, where applicable, a properly licensed contractor.

3. Customer control. I may restrict access, decline any activity, or withdraw permission at any time. On request, representatives will stop and leave promptly. This authorization expires when this visit ends and does not permit unattended entry or later visits.

4. Property care and safety. Representatives will use reasonable care, follow reasonable household rules, and avoid unsafe or restricted areas. Please identify known hazards, access needs, and pet precautions below. Nothing here transfers responsibility for unsafe conduct to the customer.

5. Privacy. No photographs, audio/video recordings, or copies of personal documents are authorized by this form. Separate, specific permission is required. Contact and visit information may be used to respond to this inquiry; this is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts, or to public use of my name or home.

6. No purchase or waiver. Signing only permits the limited visit described above. It does not commit me to buy, borrow, lease, pay a fee, authorize a credit check, or sign an installation agreement. It is not a release of liability and does not waive legal rights or applicable cancellation rights. SunRoute provides sales and consultation; installation requires a separate agreement with an appropriately licensed contractor.
